About the role

Felwa Architecture is looking for a talented Architectural Designer / BIM Architect to join its growing team in Al Khobar. The role focuses on developing design concepts, producing detailed documentation, and managing BIM models within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions.
• Prepare architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Create and manage BIM/Revit models.
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams.
• Support municipality and authority submission packages.
• Assist in presentations, visualizations, and client materials.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and design reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong design, communication, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with rendering software such as Lumion or Enscape.
