Architectural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Architectural Engineer to join our innovative team at CBS. In this position you will design, develop and implement architectural solutions across a range of projects, ensuring aesthetic quality, structural integrity and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, plans and specifications for diverse construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to verify practicality and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and designers to integrate designs and meet regulatory standards.
• Utilise advanced modelling, drafting and rendering tools to produce detailed design documentation.
• Review project proposals, provide feedback and recommend enhancements.
• Participate in project meetings and presentations, communicating design concepts and technical details.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, materials and technologies related to architectural engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in architectural design and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and sustainable design practices.
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
