About the role
The Area Restaurant Manager leads multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality while driving revenue growth. This position combines hands‑on floor leadership with strategic planning to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities across all assigned restaurant locations.
- Develop and launch innovative programs and promotions that increase guest patronage and revenue.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain exceptional service quality.
- Assist in financial budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Cover shifts as needed and provide flexible support to the team.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full‑service restaurant management.
- Strong ability to connect with guests and staff, embodying a team‑first mindset.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and cover shifts when required.
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
