Guest Relations Specialist - Fresh Grad

About the role

The Guest Relations Specialist will be the first point of contact for guests at our luxury hotel. This entry‑level position is designed for recent university graduates who are eager to start a career in high‑end hospitality and deliver exceptional service to a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Process payments, handle foreign‑exchange transactions and maintain an accurate cash float.
• Operate the switchboard, direct internal and external calls and relay messages to housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when required.
• Promote hotel amenities, food‑and‑beverage outlets and room upgrades to increase revenue.
• Ensure guest privacy and follow safety and security protocols, including ID verification and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• University graduate with a background in luxury hospitality, guest relations or premium services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Arabic and English.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor suitable for a high‑end environment.
• Proactive, service‑first mindset with the ability to handle high‑profile clients discreetly.
• Open to candidates from Lebanon, Tunisia or Morocco.
