ARMO Mechanic – Coiled Tubing Maintenance

About the role

Join Baker Hughes as an ARMO Mechanic, focusing on the maintenance and repair of coiled tubing equipment. You will work on a variety of mechanical assemblies, ensuring reliability and safety in a global energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on coiled tubing units, injectors, reels, trailers, power packs, and fluid pumps.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine issues.
• Maintain, test, and assemble products, tools, and sub‑assemblies for operations.
• Follow predefined procedures and work practices while complying with HS&E policies.
• Assist in reworking, repairing, and modifying non‑conforming equipment.
• Coach other technicians in areas of proven competence.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining coiled tubing equipment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and use basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of workshop equipment, tooling, measurement devices, and material handling.
