Art Director

About the role

The Art Director will shape the visual direction of branding and digital projects for Influence Branding & Digital in Riyadh. Working full‑time on‑site, you will translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts and guide their execution across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and define visual identities for client brands.
• Lead the design of graphics, layouts, typography, colour and composition for print and digital media.
• Brief, mentor and review the work of designers, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, designers and client teams to align visual output with brand strategy.
• Prepare presentations and pitch materials for new business opportunities.
• Oversee art direction for photo shoots, video and digital content.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong creative direction ability with a portfolio that demonstrates branding, campaigns and digital design.
• Proficiency in brand identity development, including logos, visual systems and brand guidelines.
• Experience in an agency or multidisciplinary creative environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field, or equivalent experience.
