Asset Management Lead

About the role

Air Products is seeking an Asset Management Lead to drive stable revenue, contractual compliance and commercial performance of its operating assets. The role works at the intersection of commercial, operational and financial functions, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, JV partners and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to address O&M commercial matters and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Support asset lifecycle activities such as upgrades, debottlenecking and infrastructure projects.
• Verify and align process, metering and operational data to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
• Manage commercial and financial performance of assets, including revenue assurance, margin enhancement, billing, collections and dispute resolution.
• Lead contract management, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and prepare formal communications, notices and claims.
• Coordinate with Business Development and JV partners on account management, growth opportunities and contractual analysis.
• Engage with utilities, regulators and authorities on commercial and compliance matters and support audit readiness.
• Drive process standardisation and digitisation across commercial workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial performance and contracts for industrial assets.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, O&M, billing and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance and external partners.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
