About the role
The prestigious higher‑education institution in Saudi Arabia seeks experienced academics to join its Business Administration faculty. The position is open to candidates holding a PhD who can deliver high‑quality lectures in English and contribute to the department’s research and strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, contemporary lectures in the assigned Business sub‑specialty (Accounting, Finance, HR, or Marketing).
- Ensure course materials and learning outcomes comply with national (NCAAA) and international accreditation standards.
- Conduct quantitative or qualitative research and publish results in recognized academic business journals.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
- Participate in the strategic growth and administrative activities of the Business department.
Required profile
- PhD in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, or a closely related business discipline.
- Doctorate awarded by a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai), Top 300 (THE), or Top 200 (QS) rankings.
- Professional fluency in English.
