Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, contemporary lectures in the assigned Business sub‑specialty (Accounting, Finance, HR, or Marketing).
• Ensure course materials and learning outcomes comply with national (NCAAA) and international accreditation standards.
• Conduct quantitative or qualitative research and publish results in recognized academic business journals.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
• Participate in the strategic growth and administrative activities of the Business department.

Required profile

• PhD in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, or a closely related business discipline.
• Doctorate awarded by a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai), Top 300 (THE), or Top 200 (QS) rankings.
• Professional fluency in English.
