Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the development and execution of the brand’s marketing strategy within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive consumer‑focused initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual brand marketing plan aligned with overall brand strategy and business objectives.
• Develop and launch consumer marketing initiatives based on market research and consumer insights.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, coordinating with creative, media, digital, and research agencies.
• Manage new product development activities in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Create and monitor media plans, tracking campaign performance and ROI.
• Partner with Trade Marketing to optimise brand visibility and execution in retail environments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyse retail audit data and conduct market visits to recommend actionable improvements.
• Track brand performance, marketing KPIs, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for business decisions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and marketing communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
