Assistant Finance Manager

About the role

Alturki Holding is seeking a Saudi national with 8‑10 years of finance experience to join its Khobar office as an Assistant Finance Manager. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts and guarantee the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning, including variance analysis.
• Develop cash‑flow forecasts and optimise working capital.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations and internal governance.
• Manage group consolidation and reporting requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Provide financial insights to aid business decisions and performance management.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 8‑10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, SOCPA or equivalent.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and consolidation.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
