Assistant Guest Experience Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

As an Assistant Guest Experience Manager at the upcoming Four Seasons Resort on Shura Island, you will be a key member of the Guest Experience team, responsible for ensuring every guest receives attentive service from arrival through departure. The resort will host approximately 149 rooms and suites with uninterrupted beach views, six restaurant and lounge outlets, a marine discovery centre, a Kids for All Seasons space, a full‑service spa with hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, two dedicated beaches, an 18‑hole golf course and a yacht marina. In this high‑profile environment you will help create personalized luxury experiences that reflect Four Seasons’ standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive guest care throughout the stay, from check‑in to check‑out.
• Assist in designing and delivering exceptional, personalized service moments in line with Four Seasons brand standards.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across dining, recreation, spa and marine activities.
