Assistant Hospitality Manager

About the role

The Assistant Hospitality Manager will oversee the daily operations of a residential and hospitality complex, ensuring that facilities, services, and guest experiences meet the highest standards. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on management to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the complex, including maintenance, cleaning, and furnishing services.
• Develop and implement operational plans, monitoring their execution to ensure readiness of facilities.
• Deliver high‑quality services to residents and visitors, responding to requests promptly.
• Achieve operational, financial, and investment targets while maintaining property standards.
• Increase customer satisfaction through continuous service improvement.
• Prepare periodic reports on operational, financial, and administrative performance.
• Provide recommendations to enhance performance and develop new services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or facilities management.
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience supervising housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property/hospitality management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.
• Work location based in Riyadh.
