Assistant IT Manager

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to support the reliability, security, and innovation of its IT environment. Reporting to the IT Manager/Director, you will help oversee network operations, enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end‑user support across luxury hospitality properties.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high availability of servers, networks, cloud platforms, and hospitality applications.
• Administer FortiGate firewalls and Aruba switching/wireless, ensuring secure VLAN segmentation and resilient failover.
• Manage Microsoft cloud and endpoint estate (Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune) with device provisioning and compliance.
• Monitor system performance, resolve outages swiftly, and minimize impact on guest experience.
• Implement data protection through regular backups, disaster recovery procedures, and tailored cybersecurity measures.
