Assistant Manager – FC Operations

About the role

STYLI, a fast‑growing e‑commerce fashion brand in the GCC, is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead its fulfilment centre (FC) operations in Riyadh. You will act as the main liaison with the 3PL partner, ensuring seamless inbound, outbound, dispatch and returns processes while driving performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL FC operations and enforce service level agreements.
• Monitor daily performance, conduct regular reviews with the 3PL team, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Track KPIs such as order fulfilment TAT, pick‑pack productivity and returns timelines, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy between the WMS and physical stock, overseeing GRN, put‑away, cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end returns processing, quality checks and disposition, and manage vendor recoveries for damaged items.
• Collaborate with Planning, Transport, Finance and Tech teams on demand forecasts, peak planning and cross‑border shipments.
• Control costs per unit, identify optimisation opportunities and drive automation initiatives.
• Support warehouse migrations, new FC setups and ensure SOP, safety and audit compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations.
• 5–8 years of experience in e‑commerce warehouse or 3PL operations.
• Proven track record managing 3PL partners and delivering KPI‑driven results.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost efficiency and process excellence.
