Assistant Manager – Identity & Access Management

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM) supports the operational management of enterprise identity platforms and access control services. You will ensure secure authentication, identity lifecycle management, and governance across the organization’s systems and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer enterprise directory services such as Active Directory and cloud‑based identity platforms, maintaining stability and availability.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, modification, and de‑provisioning of user accounts.
• Support authentication mechanisms and ensure continuous operation of identity authentication services.
• Operate Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools to facilitate access reviews, certifications, and role‑based access models.
• Coordinate access‑control integration with infrastructure and application teams to enforce consistent identity‑based controls.
• Oversee privileged access management in collaboration with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Integrate identity services with enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools.
• Monitor identity platforms for availability, investigate incidents, and drive resolution.

Required profile

• Experience in managing enterprise identity and access management environments.
• Strong understanding of directory services, authentication, and access governance.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and incident‑resolution skills.
