Assistant Manager, Launch Territory & Special Zones

About the role

Hungerstation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Launch Territory and Special Zones in Riyadh. The role covers 3PL management and operations support, special projects, change management, stakeholder relations, budget oversight and people management.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new 3PL companies and monitor their operational KPIs and daily metrics to maintain service levels.
• Support 3PL suppliers day to day, validate invoices and coordinate payment releases with Finance.
• Balance supply and demand in assigned territories and analyse future capacity needs to activate supply resources on schedule.
• Streamline SLA processes for 3PL supplier requests and manage assigned special logistics projects and regional initiatives.
• Support change management through training, workshops and supplier communications, and review operational change issues.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as an operational representative for them.
• Take part in budgeting, monitor operational spend and report on budget progress.
• Set performance objectives, evaluate direct reports, recruit key talent and delegate tasks.

Required profile

• 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics, 3PL vendor management, fleet operations or last-mile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven track record in monitoring 3PL performance, supply acquisition and fleet KPIs.

Required skills

• Hands-on project coordination, SLA management and invoice verification.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
