Assistant Manager – Quality

About the role

The Assistant Manager Quality ensures that The Ritz‑Carlton’s Gold Standards are delivered consistently and graciously across all guest interactions. You will support the Quality team in upholding the brand’s reputation for exceptional luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate service delivery against the Gold Standards and the Employee Promise.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and guest feedback analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
• Support training programs that reinforce the Credo, Service Values, and brand culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality quality assurance or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of luxury hotel standards and guest experience expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with quality audit tools and reporting.
• Data analysis and interpretation.
