Assistant Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly competent Assistant Operations Manager to support our elite division that delivers world‑class travel planning and concierge services to high‑profile clients. The role combines meticulous itinerary creation with 24/7 client support, ensuring seamless luxury travel experiences for VIP guests.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage bespoke travel itineraries for high‑net‑worth individuals and VIPs, covering flights, private jets, luxury accommodations, ground transport and exclusive reservations.
• Utilise Amadeus or an equivalent Global Distribution System (GDS) to issue and modify air tickets in real time.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotel groups, DMCs, private‑jet charters and premium service providers.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, providing 24/7 assistance before and during travel.
• Prepare customised travel reports, track expenses and compile post‑travel feedback.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client preferences and special requirements.

Required profile

• Proactive, service‑driven professional with a strong eye for detail.
• Experience serving high‑net‑worth or VIP clientele in luxury travel or concierge environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate client needs.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high‑stakes requests simultaneously.

Required skills

• Amadeus (or equivalent GDS) proficiency.
