About the role
The University of Business and Technology is seeking an Assistant Professor to join its Finance Department within the College of Business Administration. The successful candidate will contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching, advance the department's research agenda, and support student development.
Key responsibilities
- Teach assigned finance courses and develop course materials.
- Conduct scholarly research and publish in reputable journals.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.
- Engage in community service activities representing the university.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in Marketing (or a closely related field) with a strong interest in finance.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in academia or industry.
- Demonstrated ability to teach finance subjects at the university level.
- Proven research record or potential for scholarly contributions.
