About the role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Hilton, you will support the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, ensuring guests receive memorable hospitality experiences. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to uphold service standards, drive profitability, and foster a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, and resolve issues.
• Supervise and coach team members, support performance evaluations, and contribute to professional development initiatives.
• Help implement marketing strategies, up‑selling techniques, and promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
