About the role
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Boutique Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and ensuring smooth daily operations of a luxury boutique. Acting as the deputy manager, you will lead the team in the manager’s absence and help achieve the store’s commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales performance, support action plans, and help exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver luxury service standards, promote OMEGA’s heritage, and build relationships with key and VIP clients.
- Supervise, coach, and develop boutique staff, conduct onboarding and performance feedback.
- Oversee cash handling, stock management, inventory accuracy, and compliance with OMEGA policies.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines, maintain boutique presentation, and support product launches.
- Act as communication bridge between management and staff, participate in meetings, and contribute recommendations.
Required profile
- Proven ability to support a boutique manager and act as deputy in their absence.
- Strong focus on client service and luxury brand storytelling.
- Experience supervising retail staff and fostering a positive team culture.
- Attention to operational detail, including cash, inventory, and visual standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
