Assistant Store Manager – Women's Fashion (Mall of Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our women’s fashion store located in Mall of Arabia. The role combines customer‑facing duties with team leadership, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales plan and improve service quality indicators.
• Assist customers with returns, defective items and product selection, handling conflict situations professionally.
• Open and close shifts, manage cash handling and encashment.
• Distribute functional responsibilities, create daily rosters, and conduct briefings and training sessions for staff.
• Liaise with mall administration and corporate headquarters to ensure compliance with operating procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and enforce company policies at all times.

Required profile

• At least six months of experience in a similar retail role (Senior Sales Assistant, Supervisor).
• Strong leadership, goal‑orientation and a positive attitude.
• Relevant fashion retail experience and knowledge of the market.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
