Associate Account Manager – Medical Devices (Sales & Marketing)

About the role

The Associate Account Manager will own and grow a portfolio of key hospital and distributor accounts across the Kingdom, focusing on existing relationships rather than cold‑calling. This role involves managing the full sales cycle from technical proposals to tender submissions and ongoing service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio of key accounts in the assigned region.
• Build long‑term relationships with hospitals, private‑sector stakeholders and distributors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and present them to biomedical engineering departments and hospital committees.
• Manage tender and procurement submissions through to award.
• Sell capital equipment, consumables, spare parts and service, driving repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical, purchasing and regulatory teams.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong existing network across the Saudi healthcare market.
• Proven ability to manage and grow key hospital and distributor accounts.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Transferable iqama and a valid Saudi driving licence; Saudi nationals are prioritized.
