Associate Business System Analyst – Graphics & Media

About the role

The Associate Business System Analyst will work within the graphics and media team to create and maintain visual assets that support internal communications, presentations, SharePoint sites and digital product demos. The role requires a blend of design expertise and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce department presentations, announcements and marketing collateral.
• Create and update SharePoint webpages with consistent branding.
• Develop digital product demo videos and motion‑graphics assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain brand identity across all visual communications.

Required profile

• Educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Communications or Marketing.
• Relevant certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), Certified Graphic Designer (CGD) or Certified Digital Media Specialist (CDMS) are desirable.
• 1–6 years of experience in graphics or media design.
• Ability to work effectively in a Saudi‑based environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual communication and brand identity.
• Experience in web design and SharePoint design.
• Skills in motion graphics, interactive design and video production.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and project management basics.
