Associate Consultant – Fresh Graduate Role

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join the Associate‑CIO Office EMEA within Cloud Software and Services. The role offers the chance to contribute to thought‑leadership initiatives across AI, autonomous networks, network programmability and security while supporting the CSS strategy for the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Support and contribute to thought‑leadership themes such as AI, autonomous networks, network programmability and security.
• Produce research outputs for whitepapers and value‑argumentation materials.
• Build and maintain presentation assets, whitepapers and a knowledge repository.
• Participate in cross‑functional squads driving strategic program execution.
• Assist customer units, CIOs and service lines in presentations and workshops.
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends.
• Support regulatory‑framework observatory activities across geographies.

Required profile

• Good understanding of the emerging technology ecosystem.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to grasp client needs.
• Strong curiosity, learning mindset and willingness to grow in a technology‑advisory environment.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of the Ericsson portfolio is a plus.
