Associate Director Cards Portfolio Management

About the role

Join Banque Saudi Fransi as an Associate Director overseeing the bank’s cards portfolio, including credit, debit, and prepaid products. You will drive portfolio performance, enhance customer value propositions, and align initiatives with the bank’s financial and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end cards portfolio strategy in line with P&L, growth, and acquisition targets.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as activation, utilization, spend, attrition and delinquency.
• Design and refine card benefits, pricing and loyalty programmes for distinct customer segments.
• Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns – activation, usage stimulation, cross‑sell, retention and re‑activation.
• Collaborate with risk, marketing, finance and digital teams to optimise profitability.
• Coordinate with Visa, Mastercard and other partners on co‑branded offers and campaigns.
• Conduct market benchmarking and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and internal governance.
• Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards and insights for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in banking, preferably in cards portfolio or product management.
• Proven track record in campaign management and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
