Associate Director, Product Management – Financial Services (KSA)

About the role

As an Associate Director of Product Management, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping product strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive business outcomes. You will work on large‑scale Digital Business Transformation engagements, translating client needs into fast‑feedback product cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Define, articulate and execute product strategies for financial‑services clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver customer‑focused digital products.
• Lead fast release and feedback loops to continuously deliver value.
• Facilitate design‑thinking workshops and champion innovation processes.
• Prioritize competing demands and secure stakeholder buy‑in.

Required profile

• Proven success managing digital products from ideation to launch, especially in the financial‑services sector.
• Strong ability to solve complex business problems while balancing technical constraints.
• Experience influencing senior client stakeholders as a servant leader.
• Comfort with financial metrics, KPIs and forecasts to guide product decisions.
• Excellent storytelling skills to influence decisions without formal authority.
