Associate Director – Regulatory & Risk Advisory (Corporate Treasury)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead our Regulatory and Risk Advisory (RRA) team’s corporate treasury practice across the Middle East. In this senior role you will shape client transformation agendas, advise CFOs and Group Treasurers, and drive the delivery of large‑scale treasury programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for the corporate treasury practice, including capability building and revenue expansion.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior finance leaders, influencing investment decisions and enterprise‑wide treasury transformations.
• Lead client engagements, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality delivery of complex programmes.
• Own pursuit activities, develop proposals, and convert opportunities into signed engagements.
• Develop market propositions, thought‑leadership content, and go‑to‑market initiatives to raise the firm’s profile.
• Monitor emerging regulatory, market, and technology trends and translate them into differentiated client solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate treasury, including in‑house banks, payment factories, cash pooling and liquidity forecasting.
• Proven track record leading treasury transformation projects such as target operating model design, TMS implementation, and banking strategy.
• Strong leadership, resilience and ability to deliver in high‑pressure environments.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with a history of influencing senior finance executives.

Required skills

• In‑House Bank (IHB) concepts, POBO/COBO, cash pooling, liquidity forecasting, FX processes, bank connectivity.
• Experience with treasury systems selection and implementation (e.g., KYRIBA, FIS, SAP Hana, GTreasury).
• Financial modeling and financial risk management.
• Deep knowledge of treasury product pricing and accounting treatments.
