Associate Manager, People Partner

About the role

Amadeus is seeking an Associate Manager, People Partner to lead core HR processes and partner closely with business leaders and global stakeholders. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, support People & Culture initiatives, and ensure compliance with local regulations while delivering a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding, career development, learning, internal mobility and policy adherence.
• Coordinate with recruitment, compensation and benefits teams for seamless service delivery.
• Support local deployment of reward programs and provide compensation guidance.
• Implement People & Culture policies aligned with global strategies.
• Handle employee relations and performance management in collaboration with managers.
• Produce HR reporting and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current on Saudi labour laws, ensure compliance and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with COEs, Global Business Partners and local specialists to roll out initiatives.
• Manage government portals (Qiwa, Muddad, GOSI, MOFA) and sign off monthly payroll.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner role in a global matrix environment, preferably IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, regional labour regulations and employee relations.
• Proactive problem‑solver with solid business acumen.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Saudi Arabia.
