Audit Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead our internal audit function, strengthen governance, and ensure operational efficiency and compliance with all applicable laws and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual risk‑based internal audit plan.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Conduct financial, operational, administrative, and compliance audits.
• Prepare audit reports, provide recommendations, and follow up on corrective‑action plans.
• Review policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with senior management and relevant committees on audit findings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide advisory support to enhance internal controls and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, SOCPA, CPA, or ACCA (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of internal audit experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership and team‑management experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems.
