Automotive Body Repair Technician

About the role

The Automotive Body Repair Technician performs vehicle body repairs and related after‑sales services in the service centre, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute body repairs according to customer requests, under the supervision of the Chief Technician, within promised delivery times and cost estimates.
• Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine repair scope.
• Assist in solving high‑technical problems together with workshop leaders to ensure proper body and paint work.
• Coordinate repair data entry and track vehicle delivery status using computerized time‑control sheets.
• Support after‑sales marketing campaigns and Kaizen activities to achieve centre targets.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive service or body repair.
• Strong time‑management, stress tolerance, and problem‑sensitivity abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team leaders and follow standard operating procedures.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of automotive body repair tools and equipment.
• Understanding of service bulletins and technical information related to vehicle repairs.
