Aviation PMI Evaluator MH-60R

About the role

Amentum is hiring an Aviation PMI Evaluator for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI) team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role covers in-depth inspection of MH-60R helicopters at organizational, intermediate and depot levels, including surface, structural, fuel cell and major component inspections, and provides quality control support to the RSNF PMI team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field and sustainment-level maintenance support, including maintenance control, quality control, supply management, maintenance, inspections and repair of aircraft.
• Complete and maintain forms, records and reports using the NAMP and other publications.
• Provide on-the-job training to Saudi technicians and maintain readiness records such as Readiness Insight or ASMi.
• Inspect aircraft, systems, equipment and parts, and oversee part installation and adjustments.
• Perform preflight and post-flight inspections and assist in shop, hangar and flight-line safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, clean and preserve assigned vehicles, tools and equipment, and operate motor vehicles and machinery.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience evaluating major military aircraft inspections and repairs, and 10 years of rotary-wing experience.
• Knowledge of Navy and depot-level logistics support, repair and overhaul procedures, and supply, maintenance, quality control, production control and safety (COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2, NAVAIRINST 3710.1, NAMP, ISO AS9100/AS9110, NAVOSH, OPNAVINST 5100.19).
• Fluent English; Arabic reading, writing and speaking is desirable.
• High school diploma; must be able to obtain a light equipment operator's license.
• Must pass a background check and drug test, and may need a secret clearance.
• Physical demands include standing, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating power vehicles and machinery.

Required skills

• QAR/CDQAR, A&P license (not required if service-specific qualifications are validated), or military equivalent such as Technical Inspector or 7-level.
• Ability to summarize, plan and estimate timelines, costs and manpower for inspection and repair actions.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
