About the role
Airbus Helicopters Arabia is seeking a B2 Technical Instructor to lead on‑the‑job training for H145 helicopter maintenance technicians. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with curriculum development to ensure high‑quality maintenance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training for new and experienced H145 maintenance technicians.
- Develop and update training curricula, teaching aids, charts, and slide decks.
- Supervise trainees during practical evaluations and maintain accurate training records.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to align training with regulatory and company standards.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in avionics or equivalent aviation training (2+ years).
- At least 5 years of proven H145 maintenance experience (military or civilian).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical instructor.
- Type rating on the H145 from an approved OEM organization.
- Instructor qualification certificate from a recognized body.
- English proficiency at IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
