Mechanical Training Instructor – H125 B1

About the role

The H125 B1 Mechanical Training Instructor will develop and deliver both basic and advanced specialty courses for Airbus Helicopter customers in Taif, Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with all aviation, safety, quality and export control regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Study and analyse customer training regulations and develop course standards, instructional plans and synopses.
• Perform on‑the‑job training (OJT) for customer technicians using prepared training aids.
• Check tools, GSE, components and parts for condition, expiration dates and correct documentation before each training session.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications, and ensure accurate recording of all work performed.
• Verify aircraft status, update scheduled tasks and deferred items, and release aircraft to service in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Management System.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure quality delivery.

Required profile

• Professional experience in aircraft mechanical maintenance and training.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to work with aviation safety directives and FOD procedures.
• Excellent documentation skills and adherence to Airbus Helicopters Management System.
