About the role
As a B2C Telesales Intern at Rize, you will act as the brand ambassador on the phone, connecting with individual consumers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our rent‑now‑pay‑later solution can improve their rental experience.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to individual leads, introducing the brand and generating interest.
- Tell compelling benefit stories that resonate with each prospect beyond a scripted pitch.
- Guide interested prospects through the early stages of the buyer’s journey, answering questions and converting interest into sales.
- Follow up with previously interested customers to nurture relationships and keep the brand top‑of‑mind.
- Achieve daily and monthly outreach and conversion targets to support the sales team’s revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM, documenting customer interactions and lead status.
Required profile
- Confident, friendly phone presence that engages callers.
- Customer‑first mindset, listening to needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Resilient attitude able to handle rejection and persistently pursue targets.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with CRM software.
