Backhoe Operator – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced Backhoe Operators to join a reputable construction company working on road and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves operating backhoe loaders on site, ensuring efficient excavation and material handling while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate backhoe loaders for excavation, grading, and material movement.
• Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
• Manage sediment and drainage on site.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.

Required profile

• 10th grade education or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience operating backhoe or similar heavy equipment.
• Valid Indian driving license and relevant Indian experience accepted.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
