About the role

Join IKEA Alsulaiman’s Swedish Market & Bistro as a Barista, delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving coffee and other beverages. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take orders accurately and assist with menu selections.
• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks, and food items according to IKEA standards.
• Process transactions using approved payment methods and perform cash opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report cash discrepancies.
• Keep the Bistro, cashier area, and beverage stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Operate coffee machines, food preparation equipment, and POS systems safely.
• Promote IKEA Food products and seasonal offers.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid health card.
