About the role

The Barista is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through the preparation and service of high‑quality non‑alcoholic beverages. This role focuses on consistency, presentation, service excellence, and operational standards while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects the brand’s service culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve non‑alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control of all drinks.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests politely and efficiently.
• Set up and close the bar according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar counters, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage of all beverages and garnishes.
• Record sales accurately and handle cash, credit cards, or room charges responsibly.
• Report shortages, breakages, or discrepancies to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the beverage department, preferably in a high‑end beach club or luxury hospitality environment.
• Deep knowledge of a specialized beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and drink pairings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and assist guests confidently.
• Ability to memorize and explain menu items in detail, providing an educational dining experience.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
