Barista – Specialty Coffee

About the role

Join a dynamic coffee team as a Specialty Coffee Barista, delivering high‑quality drinks in a fast‑paced environment. You will be the face of the café, ensuring every customer enjoys a perfect cup while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following established recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked workspace at all times.
• Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, including grinders, espresso machines, and brewing tools.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures strictly.
• Assist with stock control, receiving deliveries, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years (24 months) experience as a barista in a specialty coffee setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and espresso techniques.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Passion for coffee and continuous improvement.
