BCN Sales and Account Management Director

About the role

The BCN Sales and Account Management Director leads the Business‑Critical segment, shaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships. This senior position ensures alignment with corporate objectives while delivering tailored solutions to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Business‑Critical sales strategy and detailed account plans.
• Generate leads and engage prospects through networking, business development and industry events in partnership with Marketing.
• Lead consultative sales cycles, understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
• Design and implement upselling and cross‑selling initiatives to expand existing accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline KPIs and take corrective actions to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, discounts and bulk deals in line with Finance and Product Development guidelines.
• Coordinate complex negotiations with Legal to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain C‑suite relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction and oversee contract renewals.
• Provide sales forecasts and demand inputs for budgeting, product development and operational planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing enterprise‑level client relationships.
• Fluent English communication skills.
