Behavioral Therapist

About the role

Orange Child Development Centre is hiring a Behavioral Therapist in Khobar on a full-time basis. The therapist works with children who have ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, anxiety and other developmental or mental health challenges, providing assessment, therapy and support to families.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological, cognitive and behavioral assessments for children.
• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children with ADHD, autism spectrum, anxiety and other developmental or mental health challenges.
• Provide ongoing counselling and psychoeducation to parents and caregivers so they can support their child's progress at home.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create holistic, unified treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical records and progress reports.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric psychology.

Required profile

• Bachelor in Clinical Psychology (preferred).
• Saudi nationality preferred.
• SCFHS license preferred.
• Proven clinical experience working directly with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in administering and interpreting standard psychometric tests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Arabic and English speaking.
