About the role
We are looking for a Bell Captain to lead the bell staff at our hotel in Makkah. The role ensures smooth luggage handling, guest escort services, and maintains the lobby’s appearance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule bell staff for efficient operation.
- Ensure timely luggage delivery and guest escort services.
- Coordinate with the front desk to address guest requests.
- Oversee cleanliness and functionality of the lobby area.
- Mentor bell staff on service standards.
Required profile
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in bell services with leadership duties.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local attractions and services.
