Bell Captain

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, guest‑focused Bell Captain to lead our bell staff and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable stay. The role combines front‑office interaction with supervision of luggage handling and guest communications.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival in a professional, friendly manner and provide assistance throughout their stay.
• Supervise bellboys, ensuring luggage is transported efficiently from arrival points to rooms and back at checkout.
• Manage guest messages, mail and packages, delivering them promptly and storing them systematically.
• Maintain the duty roster in line with business needs.
• Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services and communicate this information to the team.
• Maintain good working relationships with front‑office staff and bell staff.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or relevant vocational training.
• Strong English communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, customer‑driven attitude with a pleasant, positive demeanor.
• Ability to take responsibility, adapt, and work well in a team.

Required skills

• Experience with the Opera property management system (advantageous).
• Computer literacy.
