BI Developer / Consultant (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

This position is for an experienced Business Intelligence professional to design, develop, and deliver end‑to‑end BI solutions on‑site in Saudi Arabia. The role combines hands‑on technical work with client‑facing consulting, requiring direct interaction with business stakeholders and the ability to present insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complete BI solutions, from data modeling and ETL pipelines to visual dashboards and reports.
• Gather requirements from business users, translate them into technical specifications, and build interactive visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Optimize SQL queries, develop stored procedures, and ensure performant data access.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive and C‑level audiences.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience building BI solutions end‑to‑end.
• Fluent Arabic speaking is mandatory.
• Prior consulting experience with stakeholder management and scoping.
• Domain knowledge in operations, logistics, parking or municipal data is a plus.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau or Qlik).
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimisation and stored procedures.
• Data modelling experience (star schema, dimensional modelling).
• ETL/ELT pipeline development and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with DAX or equivalent calculation language.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, row‑level security and data governance.
• Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics.
