Bilingual Marketing Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Specialist to train and evaluate AI chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will interact with the bots, create realistic conversation scenarios, and assess their performance to continuously improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress, assess logical consistency, and troubleshoot issues.
• Engage in bilingual (Arabic/English) dialogues with bots to gauge performance.
• Generate novel conversation scripts to teach desired responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Expert‑level understanding of linguistics.
