Bilingual Training & Instructional Design Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Training & Instructional Design Specialist to support our fast‑paced hypermarket operations in Jeddah. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will split your time between delivering hands‑on training on the shop floor and creating multilingual learning content.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, product knowledge, and customer‑service training for floor staff, merchandisers, and cashiers.
• Deliver sessions in English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi, ensuring full comprehension.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching, monitor compliance with retail standards, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Manage training schedules, track attendance and collect feedback.
• Design, develop and update quick‑reference guides, job aids and micro‑learning modules.
• Translate and localise complex retail procedures into visual, multilingual content.
• Collaborate with category managers and store leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted interventions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in training delivery and content creation.
• Direct experience in retail, supermarket or hypermarket environments.
• Fluency in Arabic, Urdu and Hindi (spoken and written); working knowledge of English.
• Immediate availability to join.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
