Bilingual Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Virtual Assistant to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely, interacting with chatbots in both Arabic and English, measuring their progress, and creating new conversational scenarios to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide diverse and complex bilingual tasks to AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and performance.
• Write novel conversations in Arabic and English to teach desired responses.
• Report findings and suggest improvements to enhance model accuracy.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Only candidates residing in Saudi Arabia will be considered.
