BIM Architect / Modeler – Architecture & Fit‑Out

About the role

The BIM Architect / Modeler will create, maintain, and coordinate architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. You will produce accurate models, construction documentation, and shop drawings while ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain BIM models for architectural elements, including layouts, finishes, façades, ceilings and detailed components using Revit Architecture.
• Generate model‑based drawings, sections, elevations and construction details, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP and other disciplines, identify clashes and support resolution.
• Prepare architectural shop drawings and as‑built documentation, updating models based on site conditions, RFIs and design changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling or coordination experience, focusing on architecture and fit‑out.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with Revit Architecture and BIM tools in construction or design environments.
• Familiarity with architectural detailing, finishes and coordination workflows.
• Basic understanding of BIM standards and processes, such as ISO 19650.
