BIM Engineer – Architectural

About the role

The BIM Engineer – Architectural will support the delivery of architectural works on a Saudi Arabian project by creating, updating and coordinating BIM models. Working under the BIM Manager and reporting to the Senior BIM Manager, the role ensures that architectural elements are accurately represented and aligned with approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain BIM models for layouts, finishes, façades, ceilings and detailed components using Revit Architecture.
• Produce detailed drawings, sections, elevations and construction details directly from the BIM model.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines, identify clashes and support resolution.
• Prepare shop drawings, as‑built documentation and model‑based outputs for construction.
• Assist with technical queries, RFIs and site‑related model updates to reflect actual conditions.
• Maintain model accuracy, data integrity and coordination logs throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural BIM modeling and coordination on construction projects.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and resolve coordination issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining model quality.
